Terms and Conditions for Gourmet2Go:

1. Subscription and Ordering:
  • Customers must submit their orders by 8:30pm Thursday each week to receive their meals for the following week.
  • If no menu selections are made by the 8:30pm Thursday deadline, Gourmet2Go will select meals based on the preferences provided at sign-up.
  • Changes to orders can only be made until 8:30pm Thursday. No changes will be accepted after this deadline.

2. Cancellation and Refunds:
  • Cancellations must be made before the 8:30pm Thursday deadline. Refunds will not be processed for cancellations after this period.
  • In the case of delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses or unavailability, refunds will not be issued.

3. Dietary Requirements:
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding any dietary restrictions or allergies.
  • While Gourmet2Go takes precautions to accommodate dietary requirements, it cannot guarantee that meals are completely free from allergens.

4. Meal Delivery:
  • Deliveries will be made once per week on the specified delivery date.
  • Gourmet2Go is not responsible for meals left unattended after delivery.
  • Any delivery issues must be reported within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery time.

5. Product Quality:
  • All meals are prepared fresh and delivered in line with food safety standards.
  • Gourmet2Go recommends consuming meals within the timeframe specified on the packaging for optimal freshness and quality.

6. Price and Payment:
  • Prices for meals are listed on the Gourmet2Go website and are subject to change.
  • Payment must be made at the time of order confirmation. Gourmet2Go accepts major credit cards and online payment options.

7. Privacy:
  • Customer information, including delivery addresses and dietary preferences, will be used solely for order fulfillment and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
